Bundaberg Park Villlage Caravan Checklist Blog Banner

Caravan getaway trips are lots of fun but to make the most out of your trip, you have to make sure you got all the right stuff with you. You wouldn’t want to find yourself in a frustrating situation looking for items as you need them and rummaging through your stuff only to realize that you somehow forget to pack them.

We understand that sometimes, packing can be a bore or confusing, if you have no idea what to bring or you got a lot of items in your mind to pack and you don’t know where and how to start. It is important to know what items to remember bringing in your caravan trip and what to leave at home.

The best way to organize your thoughts and remove the drama from packing is to make yourself a caravan packing check list. And making a checklist for a long trip is no easy task, so we took the hassle out of your mind and created you a packing checklist – especially customised for your caravan needs.

Travel Safety Information

As the COVID-19 crisis rapidly unfolds, we are facing a unique situation the likes of which the world has not seen. This pandemic is the challenge of a generation and is affecting everyone and every community.

In response to the current situation, we, at Bundaberg Village Park, have implemented our business continuity plan — which examines all areas of business operations and have taken serious actions to ensure continued service to our guests. Rest assured, we are prepared to serve you.

If you are planning or have booked to stay at our park, kindly check out the FAQ below.

Q: Is the park still open?

A: Yes, Bundaberg Park Village is still open for business. You have our commitment to continue providing you with the accommodation you can depend on.

Q: I have a booking. What should I do?

A: Come and enjoy your stay with us! Don’t you think it’s still the perfect time for you to have a break? You can manage social distancing while still enjoying your vacation – we got everything you need.

Q: What is Bundaberg Park Village doing to reduce the risk of COVID-19?

A: Precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our staff in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our valued guest. Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have implemented the following measures for the safety of guests and staff:

Hygiene is taken very seriously all throughout the park premises. You can be confident that our park is being cleaned to the highest of standards, and that our staff is employing heightened levels of sanitation.
Each touch-point has been cleaned vigilantly, from keys, hired equipment, to amenities blocks.
Kids clubs and community events have been cancelled.
Pool is open and ready for you however; social distancing is still encouraged while using any amenity available.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus, kindly cancel your stay with us and contact your doctor immediately.

Q: Can I change my booking?

A: Yes, if you are due to stay with us soon and want to postpone, we can credit your stay so you can visit us at another time.

Q: If I make a booking now, will I be able to change it if I need to?

A: Knowing that these are uncertain and difficult times, flexible travel policy has been implemented which means that any stay booked between the current date and 30 April 2020 can be credited in the future if required.

Q: What happens if I book now and the government advice changes, restricting domestic travel?

A: If the COVID-19 situation escalates and parks are required to close under government advice, credit will be provided, so you can book your stay at another time. In the case of a government mandated closure, your booking would also be eligible for a refund.

Q: How can I keep up to date with information from Bundaberg Park Village?

A: Right here in this website! But also keep an eye on our social media channels for the latest news. Follow us at Facebook & Instagram.
